  • Slight variations in design, color, or finish may occur due to photography and lighting effects.

2. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

  • In the case of Cash on Delivery (COD), your order will be processed once placed; refusal to accept delivery may result in restrictions on future COD orders.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Standard delivery time is 3–7 working days, depending on location and courier availability.

  • Delivery delays may occur during festivals, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

  • Pre-dispatch cancellations may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

5. Customer Responsibility

  • Customers must provide accurate contact details and shipping information.

  • Gehnaya Jewels will not be responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect information provided at the time of order.

6. Product Care

  • Avoid exposure to water, perfume, sweat, or chemicals to maintain the product’s shine and durability.
