Return & Exchange Policy
At Gehnaya Jewels, we take great care in crafting and delivering our jewelry. However, in rare cases where an issue arises, we offer returns and exchanges under the following terms:
1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange

Only defective, damaged, or incorrect products delivered are eligible for return or exchange.

Products must be unused, unworn, and returned with original packaging, tags, and certificates (if any).

Customized or sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
2. Time Frame

Customers must raise a return/exchange request within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email.

Requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted.
3. Process

To initiate a return/exchange, customers must share an unboxing video and clear product images. (Mandatory for damaged/defective claims.)

Once approved, the product must be shipped back by the customer.

After inspection, we will dispatch a replacement or issue store credit.
4. Refunds

We currently do not offer cash refunds.

Customers are eligible for replacement or store credit only.
5. Shipping

The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

In cases where a wrong or defective product is sent by us, Gehnaya Jewels will cover the return shipping charges.
