Delivery Timelines

  • Standard Delivery (India): 4–7 business days.

  • Express Delivery (India): 2–4 business days.

Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Free shipping across India.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹90 additional charge.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you via email/SMS.

  • You can track your shipment directly through the courier partner’s website or the tracking link provided.

Important Information

  • Delivery delays may occur due to festivals, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances with courier partners.

  • In case of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.

  • Gehnaya Jewels is not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, but we will assist you in tracking and resolving such issues.
